Personal lessons:
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 24h in advance
- Rescheduling is possible if done 24h in advance, otherwise - it’s considered to be a cancellation
- No refund if cancelled less than 24h in advance
Group courses:
- Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, you have the legal right to cancel your contract with JeDutchy within 14 days of receiving the confirmation invoice. If you choose to cancel the course during this period, please notify us by email. We will refund your course fees within 30 days of your cancellation.
- Once you are given access to the course materials, it will be considered that you've started the course. Consequently, you will not be eligible for a full refund, even within the 14-day period. When cooling-off period is not applicable, cancellations are processed as stated below.
Refunds
- All refunds requested after 24h of booking will be published and shared publicly.
- If you threaten anyone from the JeDutchy team and/or request a refund in a threatening way, our correspondence will also be shared publicly. Continuing the course is then no longer an option.
- 100% refund if cancelled within 24h of the booking AND at least 1 week before the start of the course
- 50% refund if cancelled more than or exactly 1 week before the course start date
- 30% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before course start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 3 days before course start date
Flexible seat:
- Flexible seat is a special offer and is not refundable
- Flexible seat can be given to someone else (once)
Lesson bundles:
- Lesson bundles are not refundable
- Rescheduling is possible if done 24h prior to a scheduled class
- Lesson bundles expire 6 months after date of payment
Masterclasses:
- Fee for masterclasses is not refundable
- Changing a cohort is possible if done at least 24h in advance of the scheduled masterclass, subject to planned cohorts dates for a given masterclass.
